The annual HOA assessment covers community maintenance, security, snow plowing of the roads, accounting, and legal fees, as needed.
No. Unlike other communities, membership in the POA and Golf course is voluntary. About half of High Vista’s homeowners are POA members.
High Vista does not have designated trails, per se. However, homeowners regularly take advantage of the community’s natural beauty and rolling terrain, and walk the paved (and some unpaved) roads throughout the year.
Traffic in High Vista’s gated community is generally light, so homeowners feel safe walking the roads. It’s not uncommon to come across deer and other wildlife while walking
High Vista is governed by its homeowners association covenants and bylaws, which have been adjusted and updated, as needed, over 40 years.
